Renegade Enterprises, LLC (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy (“Policy”).
This Privacy Policy governs your access to and use of a) all pages and functionalities of the www.renegadelegal.co, www.renegade-legal.com and renegadelegal.kartra.com websites, including any related pages, mobile websites and mobile applications; b) any membership site, portal, community, discussion forum, group (including but not limited to any Facebook Group or other online forum), page, online platform, or communication channel (hosted on, for example, Slack, Discord, Voxer and similar applications) owned or operated by us; and c) any products and services sold by us (collectively, the “Website”), whether or not you make a purchase, create a user account, register as a member or become a client, and whether you’re accessing the Website from a computer, tablet, mobile phone device, or other means of access. When accessing the Website, we will learn certain information about you. This Policy applies to information we collect on the Website and in email, text, or other electronic means.

By using the Website or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use and/or this Privacy Policy on any page, form or purchase order, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms herein. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use or access the Website.
Types of Information We Collect
Information You Submit to Us. If you purchase any of our products or services online, register for an online account with us, download a free gift, sign up for updates and marketing communications from us, sign up for a contest hosted by us, participate in a survey, performing search queries on our search feature, providing comments or other feedback, contact us for customer service, or otherwise interact with us via our Website, we may collect personal information about you, including the following:

- Order information and Account Data, which may include your Contact Data, bank account and/or credit or debit card information that you provide to us in order to make a purchase and sign up for automatic payments, and the details of the products or services you have ordered, purchased or requested from us;
- Giveaways or Sweepstakes Data, which may include your Contact Data and the details of the giveaway or sweepstakes you have voluntarily entered;
- Social Media Data, which may include your social media interactions with us (e.g., if you “like” or “share” or “comment” on something on social media platforms) and any information you actively provide to us for social media marketing purposes; and
- Correspondence Data, which may consist of communications you send to us, including information that you publicly post on our Website, group chats, customer service chats, on-line inquiry and website contact forms, our blog, social media pages and profiles, surveys, and any other information you actively provide to us in any form of correspondence, as well as any metadata associated with the communication.
Information We Collect Using Automated Data Collection Technologies. When you use our Website and online services, we collect information from or about the computer, phone or other device on which you have installed, or from which you access, our online services, and information about your usage of our online services, such as your browsing actions and patterns. This information is collected via automatic data collection tools such as Facebook pixels, Google analytics, and other tracking software, and includes the following:
- Technical Data, which may include IP addresses; operating system and platform; device information and identifiers; browser type and version; location and time zone settings; referral sources; passwords; page response times, and download errors.
- Online Usage and Interaction Data, which may include your traffic and browsing behavior on our Website, the websites you visited before and after visiting our Website, security questions and answers; point of sale data; browser activity and patterns; page views; website navigation patterns; product descriptions viewed; user preferences selected; forms submitted; videos watched; the timing, frequency and other patterns of your use of our site and/or services; the products and services you viewed or searched for on our Website, length of visits to specific pages, online page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouseovers); shopping cart information; the methods used to browse away from online pages, your interactions with our marketing emails (such as whether and when you opened an email from us, and whether you clicked a link in the email or forwarded the email), and your interactions with our online ads.
Automatically collected information is used for statistical data and will not include personal information. We use this data to improve our Website, products, services, offers and advertising. However, if you voluntarily provide personal information to us, any automatically collected information may be associated by our technologies with your personal information.
Cookies and Related Technologies. We may use cookies and other similar technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons to collect certain types of the Technical Data and Usage Data described above as permitted by applicable law. Cookies and similar technologies are placed on our site for the following purposes:
- Enable basic functioning of the Website;
- Web analytics to improve the Website (structure, features, accessibility and usability, content, or to fix any technical issues through gathering relevant technical data);
- Enable certain basic functions of online browsing and shopping with us (for example, save information you generated or provided on our website such as preferred items, items placed in the cart);
- Monitor the effectiveness of our online ads and marketing (by recording your interactions with our ads on third-party websites, our social media platforms or our marketing emails); and

This information is collected automatically, and is used for statistical data to improve our Website and our service offerings. The data does not include any personal information; however, if you voluntarily provide us with personal information, our systems may associate such personal information with the automatically collected data.
No Children’s Information. Our Website and services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly register, collect or process personal information from children under 13 without the verifiable consent of the child’s parent or guardian, and we do not target our website, products, services, marketing, or advertising to children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website or on or through any of its features or make any purchases or Products or Services, use any available interactive or public comment features of the Website or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, email address, telephone number, username, or financial information. If we discover that we collected personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please send us an email to admin@renegade-legal.com.
We urge all parents and guardians to take monitor their children’s online activities, and if a minor under 13 is believed to have collected information from our site or service in a manner not authorized under COPPA, please contact us and we will take appropriate measures, to the extent required by law, to remove such information.
Our Cookie Policy
Like many other websites, we use cookies, pixels, plugins, and similar digital tracking technologies on our Website. These tools enable our systems to recognize your computer of mobile device, the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our site, and the websites visited just before and just after our own, as well as your IP address. Disabling Cookies and Tracking Technologies. You can easily set your browser to disable cookies, prevent acceptance of new cookies, or to notify you when a new cookie is received. Please note that disabling cookies may interfere with your use of some of the Website’s features. You may also be able to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal from your browser to certain websites and online services. We are not actively monitoring or responding to “Do Not Track” signals and similar mechanisms. You can prevent the collection of personal information on your mobile device by disabling certain features in your device settings, such as turning off location-based services. Some features of our products/services may not function properly if certain permissions are disabled.

In addition, some of our partners may participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising. As we do not own or control tracking technologies used by third parties, we are not responsible for any third party’s opt-out programs and procedures, nor are we responsible for the accuracy of information distributed by third parties regarding their programs and opt-out procedures. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content shown to you on a third party site or platform, such questions should be addressed to the provider of the service / advertisement.
Our Email Policy
When you communicate with us through email (including signing up to receive emails using any of our online forms or by purchasing a Product or Service), we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses. We protect this information in the same manner as all other personal information received by us.
We do not sell, rent, or lease our email lists to third parties, and will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as expressly allowed in this Privacy Policy.
We will maintain the information you send via e-mail in accordance with applicable federal law and our communications will always comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and will include information on how to opt-out or unsubscribe from our mailing list, with a link to the unsubscribe page at the bottom of all e-mails.

How We Use Your Information
We may collect, use and process your personal information for a variety of purposes, including:

In some limited circumstances, however, we may be legally obligated to retain your data longer – for instance, if deleting the information would infringe upon the rights of another person; if we need to retain the information in order to comply with a legal obligation; if the information is necessary to establish, prosecute, or defend a legal claim; or some other legitimate reason.
Protecting Your Information
We use commercially reasonable security measures, consisting of administrative, technical, and physical precautions, for the purpose of protecting your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, use, disclosure, theft, loss, destruction, and other forms of misuse. This includes employing standard security protocols such as Using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to protect your information during transmission by encrypting all information you input, revealing only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order, never transmitting sensitive personal information via email, working only with reputable third-party vendors and data controllers who guarantee compliance with privacy laws like the GDPR, and ensuring that information collected and processed by us is subject to safeguards, including the use of binding contracts, data protection clauses, NDAs and corporate rules which apply to our relationships with vendors, partners, sponsors, and other affiliates.
Please note, however, that while we have implemented various measures to protect your privacy and personal data, we make no guarantees or warranties as to the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online, nor are we responsible for the loss, misappropriation, or inadvertent disclosure of your personal information. In particular, since e-mail is not a secure medium of communication, any time you use email to send private information to us, you’re doing so at your own risk.
Disclosure Of Your Information
As a general rule, we do not sell, rent, lease or otherwise transfer any information collected, whether automatically or through your voluntary action, other than as outlined below.
We may disclose your personal information to our subsidiaries, affiliates, and service providers for the purpose of providing our services to you. We have a number of vendors who perform functions on our behalf, including data compilation and analysis companies; marketing and advertising agencies; customer relations management; software maintenance services; database management; web administration and analytics; processing of online payments via credit card or ACH transactions; and providing customer service. If you choose to purchase a product or service from us or participate in certain programs provided by us, for example, signing up for a webinar, joining an e-mail list, web class, group, forum, online community or other program/event, we may share your information with certain content providers, sponsors, and vendors for the purpose of delivering the program or content that you signed up for. These vendors may have limited access to certain personal information, to the extent required to perform their functions, or as may be required by law or court order. However, they are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose, unless specifically stated otherwise in this Privacy Policy. We will never share transaction data with third party payment processors other than what is necessary to process or refund your payments, and addressing questions and complaints relating to those payments and refunds.
We may use certain third-party advertising and analytics services such as network advertisers, which we use to deliver marketing and advertising communications to you, including interest-based advertising, which facilitates the delivery of targeted advertisements on various pages anywhere on the Internet based on your browsing behavior and use of our site. We may also use traffic measurement services to monitor, log, analyze and prepare reports for traffic analysis. The advertisers, sponsors, network providers and traffic measurement and analytics providers may set up their own cookies, pixels, web beacons and other technologies on your device, in order to track certain browsing behaviors on those devices. This allows these third parties to deliver advertisements relevant to you, gauge the relevance of the advertising by your response, and to prevent you from having to see the same ads over and over again.
We may disclose your personal information to any insurers and/or professional advisers we may deem necessary in order to manage risks, obtain professional advice, maintain insurance coverage, or defend legal proceedings.
We may provide your information to any successor in interest in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets and/or business. Lastly, we may from time to time ask you if you would like us to share your information with third parties for the purpose of a promotion, discount, or other purpose. You will always be given the option of consenting to or refusing the sharing of your information.
Your Rights and Options

Requests for Information. You may request an electronic copy of your personal data. This will be provided free of charge for the first request (additional copies are subject to a processing fee), provided that the rights of third parties are not affected by such disclosure.
Editing Your Personal Information. You have the right to correct inaccurate personal information, or request us to do it for you.
Erasure of Personal Information. You may request us to remove your personal information from our systems and databases, i.e. “be forgotten.”
Please note that, we may, in some limited circumstances, be legally obligated to retain your data despite your delete request, including circumstances in which doing so would infringe upon the rights of another person; if we need to retain the information in order to comply with a legal obligation; or if the information is necessary to establish, prosecute, or defend a legal claim. We will notify you in writing if this is the case.
Restricting Processing of Your Personal Information. You may ask us to stop processing or using your personal information for a specific purpose, rather than removing it from our systems altogether. For example, you always have the right to tell us not to use your personal information for marketing and advertising purposes. In these cases, you may request that we keep your personal data intact, but stop processing it for that purpose.
Verifying Your Identity. Please note that we may require additional personal information to verify your identity (including requesting copies of government-issued identification documents such as passports, drivers licenses and the like).
Not Providing Personal Information. You always have the option of not providing us with your personal information, though it may affect your ability to use some of our products, services and Website features.
Opting Out. If you wish to restrict the type and amount of communications you receive from us, or you do not want to receive mail, email or other correspondence from us, you can opt-out using the “unsubscribe” link in any of our emails, adjust your preferences in the membership area, or sending us an email. Please note that, as long as you continue using our website to make purchases and/or continue to maintain an account with us, we may use your Personal Information to contact you with important notifications that you may not opt out of. These include transaction confirmations, safety and security, changes to our terms and conditions, and changes to this Privacy Policy. If you do not want us to use the personal information we gather to permit our third party partners to customize ads visible to you, send us an email to admin@renegade-legal.com.
EU Residents. If you are a resident of the European Union, and would like us and/or our third party partners, vendors and affiliates not to use or process your personal information, please send us an e-mail to admin@renegade-legal.com. Requests must include your name, address (city, state, zip), and e-mail address you used to sign up for our services and mailing lists. All emails must have “EU Privacy Rights Request” as their subject line, and all physical mail should have “EU Privacy Rights Request” clearly visible at or near the top of the first page.
